Dr. Mohammad Ibrahim Aalami, Al-Agha, in a conversation with the public relations of Razi University, announced the implementation of the plan to equalize the salaries of faculty members and stated: The issue of equalization of salaries and benefits of faculty members has been discussed among university colleagues since 1397. Following those meetings, correspondence and follow-ups of the Minister of Science, Research and Technology, other officials and managers of the Ministry of Education, trade unions and the support of the esteemed members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly resulted in the inclusion of equivalence in paragraph "and" Note 2 of the Budget Law of 1400.

He added: with the approval and notification of the executive criteria of the budget of 1400, several expert meetings were held in order to implement the assimilation resolution at different levels of the Ministry of Education and the Program and Budget Organization.
