In a decree, Dr. Mohammad Ibrahim Alamiya Al-Agha, President of Razi University, appointed Dr. Ishaq Almasi, a member of the faculty of the Department of Statistics, as the head of the Department of Educational Monitoring at the University, with a description of his duties. This sentence states:

Respectfully, following the suggestion of the esteemed Vice Chancellor of the University (No. 54483 dated 12/22/1399), according to this notification, Your Excellency was appointed as the head of the University Educational Monitoring Department with the following job descriptions. It is hoped that with the help of God Almighty and according to the teachings of the late Imam (ra) and the observance of the instructions of the Supreme Leader in the good performance of your responsibility, you will succeed in divine approvals.

1- Monitoring the educational performance of educational units:

- Reviewing and supervising the textbooks and the way of presenting the courses in order to ensure their compliance with the approved programs and topics;

- Controlling the entry of new information and reforming the educational systems of all university educational units in the comprehensive educational system of the university in order to ensure their compliance with the approved programs and topics;

- Monitoring the educational performance of departments and colleges (in terms of issues such as: educational planning and average student retention);

- Monitoring the training programs of educational units;

- Monitoring the updating of semester courses and news of educational events of educational departments in the university portal;

- Checking the number of faculty members required by the departments according to the volume of incoming students and based on the criteria of the university strategic document, as well as controlling the ratio of the number of students to the number of faculty members in educational units;

- Providing periodic reports and preparing statistics and information appropriate to the duties of the Deputy Minister of Education.

2- Scientific monitoring of students:

- Monitoring the academic status of students at the stage of entering the university and during their studies;

- Investigating the causes of academic decline or growth of students in educational units;

- Monitoring the employment status of graduates by field in cooperation with the Alumni Association.

3- Other tasks assigned by senior managers
