Dr. Salmian announced the readiness of Razi University to participate in holding training courses for the staff of the executive apparatus and said: "In this regard, the capacity of the universities of the province will be used to teach specialized trainings required by the executive apparatus."
He emphasized the monitoring of higher education in the province and said: "This will help to recognize the capacities and capabilities of the province." In this regard, the project of organizing higher education in Kermanshah province is being developed by Razi University.

He emphasized the monitoring of higher education in the province and said that strengthening higher education requires a close relationship with education and said: "One of the concerns is that elite and top students of Kermanshah province are attracted to other universities and after graduation necessarily They do not return to the province and therefore the migration of elites in the long run leads to the province leaving the elite community.
Dr. Shahbazi emphasized the provision of incentives and supportive platforms, including scholarships to encourage the elite to study in the universities of Kermanshah province and said: measures should be considered that while encouraging the elite to stay in the province, conditions to attract elites from other provinces in Kermanshah Provide attention to the issues in the agenda of the provincial higher education working group.
He considered agriculture and animal husbandry as potential investment sectors in Kermanshah province and said: "We have good potentials in the province, especially in the discussion of water, land and climate, and we must make the most of these God-given blessings to help solve the province's unemployment problem."
