In a decree, Dr. Mohammad Ibrahim Alamia, President of Razi University, appointed Dr. Milad Mojtaheddi as the head of the Department of Materials and Textile Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering. This sentence states:

Sincerely, following the suggestion of the esteemed Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology (No. 47757 dated 11/21/1399), according to this notification, Your Excellency was appointed as the head of the Department of Materials and Textile Engineering of that faculty with the following duties. It is hoped that with the help of God Almighty and according to the teachings of the late Imam (ra) and the observance of the instructions of the Supreme Leader in the good performance of your responsibility, you will succeed in divine approvals.

• Communicating the executive programs and general duties of the faculty members, including educational (theoretical-practical), research, guidance and student services, observing the work discipline of the faculty members of the group and supervising its proper implementation;
  Preparing the executive plan of educational, research and service tasks provided by the educational group according to the policy of the faculty council in consultation with the group members before the beginning of the semester and preparing the syllabus of each semester with the cooperation of the group members
  Continuous revision of programs according to the latest developments and scientific changes and developments and submission of these programs to the relevant authorities;
  Organizing and managing group council meetings and sending the work report, approvals, suggestions and collective opinions of the group to the dean for executive coordination or during the legal steps for implementation;

• Notification of circulars, by-laws and approvals issued by the dean of the faculty to the members of the department;
  Proposing the financial needs of the department to the dean;
  Carrying out all the official correspondence of the group and proposing the preparation of supplies, books, publications and other necessities required by the group to the dean of the faculty;
  Proposing research projects that the group is ready to do directly or in collaboration with other groups to the Dean for approval in the University Research Council;
  Evaluate the annual work of the group members and report it to the dean.
